Second visit to The Coffee Museum in Fair Oaks, and once again an awesome experience! This is truly a must-visit spot. They offer a wide array of fresh-baked items along with great breakfast and lunch selections. The ambiance blends modern and classic—cozy enough to sit and relax, yet spacious with both small and large tables that make it easy to study or get some work done. The coffee and tea selections are extensive, with all the latest flavors to choose from. To top it off, the young lady who took my order, Sam, was absolutely outstanding—professional, cheerful, and welcoming, with a wonderful smile. Her customer service felt natural and effortless, and she combined knowledge and expertise with patience and kindness. Truly a gold-standard example of how customer service should be done! If you’re in Fair Oaks, VA, I highly encourage you to stop by The Coffee Museum—you won’t be disappointed. I’ll include photos to illustrate this great spot.

Bakery Museum & Co. is the kind of place that quietly pulls you in and then convinces you to stay longer than planned—in the best way. This is not just a bakery and coffee shop in Fairfax. It’s a meeting place. The kind where friends linger over conversation, where business partners slide laptops onto the table without it feeling stiff, where creatives come to sip coffee and actually get inspired instead of distracted. The atmosphere is warm, calm, and effortlessly inviting—cozy without being cramped, polished without being pretentious. I ordered the tiramisu iced latte, and it was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced—indulgent without being heavy. It’s the kind of drink you sip slowly while talking, typing, or thinking. For food, I had the Baconado breakfast sandwich on gluten-free bread, and it was deeply satisfying. Savory, filling, and thoughtfully made—proof that gluten-free breakfast options in Fairfax don’t have to feel like a compromise. They serve breakfast and lunch, making it an easy go-to whether you’re meeting family in the morning, grabbing a mid-day bite with coworkers, or stopping in solo to work or unwind. The pastry case alone feels like an invitation—beautifully displayed, tempting, and clearly crafted with care. What really sets Bakery Museum & Co. apart is how usable the space feels. It’s ideal for: • Catching up with friends • Casual business meetings • Working remotely without feeling rushed • Creating content in a setting that looks and feels good The energy is calm, grounded, and welcoming—never chaotic, never cold. You can tell this is a place people return to, not just pass through. If you’re searching for a coffee shop in Fairfax, VA that works just as well for connection, productivity, and comfort as it does for great food and coffee, this spot delivers. Bakery Museum & Co. isn’t loud about how good it is—it just is.

Fantastic café spot! Despite being always busy, the warm, and excellent atmosphere manages to feel cozy even with a full house. The staff is incredible... attentive, friendly, quick! Last time I was here, I was the second person inside, and they established eye contact from the time I entered. Combined with good food and selection (highly recommend the basque cheesecake and blt) and a calm, friendly crowd, this is clearly a favorite spot for a reason.

We've gone to this place when it was another coffee shop and this place blows the old place out of the water! We walked in on a rainy Saturday morning and there a good amount of people, especially families, and there was still plenty of room to sit. This place is large, but still feels cozy which is nice. It felt warm and inviting. I ordered the Baconado sandwich which comes with egg, cheese, bacon, and avocado. It was good, but not great and I think the sandwich just needed a sauce or something that would elevate the flavor. The egg was nice and fluffy and the brioche bun that I got mine on was soft and buttery. The cheese I believe was cheddar and tasted good layered on top of the egg. There was a healthy portion of avocado that added a freshness to the overall flavor of the sandwich. The bacon was okay, more chewy than crunchy, but that's just my personal preference to have it crunchy. It definitely filled you up. The coffee though, that's the highlight of our trip. I ordered an iced tiramisu latte and it was AMAZING! It tasted exactly like I was drinking a fancy, top-notch tiramisu from a high profile restaurant. Every sip was delightful from beginning to end. Will definitely order that again! We also purchased some macarons and I ordered the coffee one which was fantastic! The folks at the counter were so nice and helpful and the service was very quick. I'd say the only real downside is the parking as it was hard to get out of the full parking lot and you can only get out one way, but that's not Bakery Museum's faught. We had a great time and hope to be back. You should definitely check this place out especially because they have such a large menu of food and freshly baked goods.

I absolutely loved my visit to Bakery Museum & Co! The atmosphere is so beautiful and cozy — such a perfect spot to relax and enjoy something sweet. The customer service was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The cakes were delicious! I tried the pistachio cake and the chocolate trilogy cake — both were amazing with that soft, mousse-like texture. If you love light and creamy desserts, you definitely need to try them. My personal favorite was the pistachio cake… so flavorful and perfectly balanced! I also had a lavender latte. If you enjoy your lattes on the stronger side, it’s a must-try from their menu. If you prefer a softer, milder latte, it might not be for you. Overall, such a lovely cafe experience — I’ll definitely be coming back! 💕

I have reviewed bakery museum before on yelp but thought it would help to also post on google! I’ve been here multiple times for a year now and have nothing but good things to say. Recently, they added new items to their pastry and sandwich selections including cookies, sourdough toasts, and three new sandwiches! Everything seems to be made in house including their delicious sandwiches, matcha, and latte foams!! I highly recommend the orange tonic espresso, tiramisu latte, basque cheesecake, veggie and hummus sandwich, galbi sandwich, and canele!

There are so many cafés these days that I usually don’t leave reviews anymore, but after coming here a few times and trying their coffee, I felt it was worth mentioning. The coffee has a deep, rich flavor and was genuinely delicious. Today I tried the crème brûlée cheesecake, Basque cheesecake, and an Einspänner. The cheesecakes tasted very fresh, like they had just been baked, and they were really good. I would definitely recommend them.

This is a bakery and coffee shop with plenty of seating in a bright and spacious corner spot. Lots of natural light through two walls of windows. The bakery items are delicious and they also offer a wide variety of sandwiches. I tried the caramel apple sweet roll with a lavender latte. The latte was especially good - smooth, well balanced, not overly sweet or too heavy on the lavender. Service was very efficient - my drink was ready by the time I paid and walked to the end of the counter.

I recently visited Bakery Museum & Co and it was honestly one of the best café experiences I’ve had in the Fairfax area. The atmosphere was stylish, cozy, and very welcoming. The interior design had a modern and artistic vibe that made the whole place feel relaxing and unique. The food was amazing, and the galbi sandwich I ordered was absolutely the highlight for me. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, and it paired perfectly with the bread. Every bite was satisfying, and you could really tell that the ingredients were high quality. The pastries and desserts also looked beautiful and tasted just as good. The coffee was excellent as well — smooth, rich, and balanced without being overly bitter. It matched perfectly with both the food and desserts. Overall, the food, coffee, and atmosphere were all outstanding. I can completely understand why this place has become so popular, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

This bakery was so, so good. If there’s one absolute must-order, it’s the egg sandwich. Oh my goodness, I don’t know how they make their eggs, but it was fantastic. I 100% recommend it. The coffee was also very good, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. It’s the kind of place where you can sit, relax, and enjoy your time. Everything I had was delicious, and I’d highly, highly recommend stopping by.
